Conversations for Care #careconvos

Children in care and care experienced adults are some of the most vulnerable people in our society.

Conversations for Care facilitated conversations about care by bringing together young people, social workers, foster carers, educators and other professionals together with researchers.

#careconvos took place on twitter, over coffee and cake, in seminars, meetings, over the phone and innovative workshops. Our aim is to generate new ways of working with the care experienced community for more engaged research.

Come along if you are:

  • Care experienced
  • A social worker
  • A kinship or foster carer
  • A residential care worker
  • A teacher
  • A designated safeguarding lead
  • Working for a Virtual School
  • A researcher
  • Or just interested!
